ORDER & PAYMENT
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an Order Confirmation email.
Please check your junk or spam folder if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact us at support@alessialove.com or via our Contact Us form and we will re-send your confirmation email for your reference.
We make every effort to process your order as soon as it is placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that changes can be made within 90 minutes of the transaction. Once your order has been prepared for shipment, no adjustments or cancellations can be made.
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it. You may return your order after delivery — please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information.
We make every effort to process your order immediately after it is placed. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that cancellations are possible. We will do our best to assist you, but since our system is automated and orders are fulfilled in batches, cancellations cannot always be accommodated. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@alessialove.com.

All credit card details are entered on a secure server using Stripe. The transfer of purchase details from our site to Stripe is encrypted and digitally signed, ensuring a secure and tamper-proof process. Stripe is certified as Level 1 PCI DSS compliant, the highest level of payment security certification.

Order processing may take up to 2 days. The process includes inspecting, packing, and dispatching your order to the post office. Once all these steps are completed, we will provide you with a tracking number.
After your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information within 1–3 days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. If you do not hear from us, please contact our support team via the “Contact Us” page or leave us a message in the online chat.

Express Shipping - Please allow 3-6 business days. Standard Shipping - Please allow 8-15 business days (average) for other items to arrive in the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada. For other countries shipping may take 12-25 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team on the contact us page or leave a message on the online chat.

Orders are typically processed within 24 hours.
Standard delivery times may vary depending on the destination, but most orders arrive within 8–15 business days in major regions (such as the US, UK, EU, Australia, and Canada).
Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
Our carriers may sometimes take a few days to scan and update tracking information for all packages. In some cases, a scan may be missed, which can make it appear as though your package has not moved for several days. Typically, the package is still in transit, and this issue usually resolves itself within a few days. If you have not received any updates within 5 business days after the estimated delivery date, please contact our customer service team via online chat or email us at support@alessialove.com, and we will investigate the matter immediately!
