How to Measure Your Ring Size
Method 1 – Measure an Existing Ring
Choose a ring that fits you comfortably.
Measure the inside diameter of the ring using a ruler (in millimeters).
Match the measurement to the Ring Size Chart below to find your international size.
Method 2 – Measure Your Finger with a Strip
Wrap a thin strip of paper or string around the finger you’ll wear the ring on.
Make sure it’s snug but comfortable.
Mark where the ends meet and measure the length (in mm).
Convert circumference to diameter using:
Diameter = Circumference ÷ 3.14Use the chart below to find your corresponding ring size.

Helpful Tips
Measure your finger at the end of the day, when it’s slightly larger.
Avoid measuring when your hands are cold — fingers can shrink temporarily.
If you’re between two sizes, choose the slightly larger one for comfort.
Remember that ring size can differ between left and right hands.
